Nat is a serial IT entrepreneur with multiple successful exits including two IPOs: UOL Publishing and VCampus. Currently, Nat is launching Jeeva Portals, a crowd-sourced knowledge application designed to build best-practice repositories for enterprises. He is also developing Pristinet, a visionary water testing service targeted at identifying water toxins that cause obesity and diabetes.
Relationship with Ray: Nat and Ray have known each other for years and Nat has been instrumental in the development of the Data1Qbit and VAaaS concepts. Ray has benefited greatly from Nat's extensive IT experience, market research capabilities, and large corporate network. Nat has used his network to help Ray verify and fine tune the VAaaS target markets and product features. Nat also intends to incorporate and re-sell the VAaaS data into his Jeeva Portals application.
